Forms and leads issues

Use this guide when form submissions or quiz leads are missing, delayed, duplicated, or not reaching integrations.

First checks​

  1. Confirm the page or quiz is published.
  2. Submit a fresh test using realistic data.
  3. Check the correct lead area for the form or quiz type.
  4. Remove filters from the leads list.
  5. Confirm required fields were completed.
  6. Check whether an integration is expected to receive the lead.

Lead appears in Atomicat but not in an integration​

If the lead exists in Atomicat, the form captured correctly. The issue is likely with the integration, webhook, or external destination.

Check:

  • Webhook URL or integration settings.
  • Required destination fields.
  • Whether the receiving system rejected the submission.
  • Whether the integration account is still connected.

Lead does not appear in Atomicat​

If Atomicat does not show the lead:

  • Confirm you submitted the published page, not only a builder preview.
  • Check required fields.
  • Test on another browser.
  • Disable browser extensions that block forms or scripts.
  • Republish after changing form settings.

Exports look incomplete​

Exports reflect the current filters and lead type. Clear filters, confirm date range, and make sure you are exporting from the correct list.

Why do I see the lead in Atomicat but not my CRM?

The form worked, but the integration may have failed or rejected the data. Check the integration settings and webhook history.

Should I test with fake emails?

Use realistic test data. Some systems reject obviously fake values.
