Use this guide when a page is not live, changes do not appear, or visitors see an older version.
Save vs publish​
Saving changes in the builder does not always mean the public page has been updated. After editing, publish the page again so visitors can see the latest version.
Live page shows old content​
Try this:
- Save the page.
- Publish the page again.
- Open the live page in a private browser window.
- Clear browser cache if needed.
- Confirm you are checking the correct domain and page address.
Page is missing after publish​
Check:
- Page is assigned to the correct site.
- Site domain is connected.
- Page address is correct.
- Domain and SSL are ready.
- You are testing the live page, not a preview link.
Links still open an old page​
Links in ads, emails, buttons, or menus may still point to an older page address. Update those links after changing a page address or moving a page to another site.

One browser may be showing cached content. Ask them to refresh, use a private window, or clear cache.

Preview and live publishing are different. Publish again and check the site/domain setup.
