Quiz leads

Quiz leads help you understand who ran your quiz, where they dropped off, and what they answered—across both classic page-embedded quizzes and AtomicQuiz experiences.

Quiz list

The first screen lists every quiz tied to pages in your workspace (again respecting the current project filter when one is active). For each quiz you typically see:

  • Quiz name (opens the per-quiz dashboard when clicked)
  • Public link (opens the live quiz URL when domain and slug exist)
  • Page name
  • Edit page — Opens AtomicQuiz for builder-driven quizzes, otherwise the page in the Page Builder
  • Created date
  • Actions — View the dashboard or Delete analytics for that quiz (destructive; you must confirm)

Use Search to filter the list by quiz name. A Webhooks button jumps to Quiz webhooks.

Per-quiz dashboard

Opening a quiz shows three tabs:

Insights

  • Device filter (for example mobile or desktop) and an optional single day filter, then Search to refresh metrics.
  • Cards for visitors, starts, interaction rate, qualified leads, completed flows, and average time to complete (wording matches the in-app tooltips).
  • A Questions table with views per step and drop-off counts.
  • Reorder steps by dragging when your quiz uses branching so the drop-off math follows the real path your visitors take. Use Reset when you want the original order back.

Summary

Per-step and per-question rollups—for example how many people saw a question versus answered, and option breakdowns for checkbox-style questions with simple bar visuals.

Responses

This tab embeds the submission grid (see below). For AtomicQuiz (isQuizBuilder flows), when the quiz has at least one start, an export action can queue a CSV using the same background pipeline as form exports, plus My exports in the header.

Submission grid (Responses tab)

The grid includes:

  • Search text plus an optional calendar date; press Search to fetch.
  • Pagination with a large default page size so wide quizzes remain usable.
  • Dynamic columns built from the quiz structure (step titles and question titles differ slightly between AtomicQuiz and legacy quizzes).

Unless your workspace shows an extra lead type control, assume you are viewing all submission types together with search and date as the primary filters.

Frequently asked questions

Why is Export missing on my quiz?

On the per-quiz screen, CSV export from Responses is shown for AtomicQuiz quizzes when the insights service reports starts greater than zero. Other cases may still use My exports from the header after you trigger an export from a context that offers it.

Does deleting a quiz from this list delete the page?

No. The destructive action removes analytics and lead rows associated with that quiz record. Confirm carefully before proceeding.
