Access issues

Use this guide when a feature is missing, locked, or says you do not have access.

Common causes​

A feature is hiddenYour plan or workspace does not include it.
A teammate can see a feature but you cannotYour role or permissions are different.
Billing says paid but the feature is still lockedBilling sync may still be updating.
An add-on is inactiveThe add-on may be billed separately from the main plan.
You are in the wrong workspaceYou signed in with a different account or team context.

What to check​

  1. Confirm you are signed in with the correct email.
  2. Refresh Atomicat after checkout or plan changes.
  3. Open billing and confirm the plan or add-on is active.
  4. Ask the workspace owner to review your team access.
  5. Sign out and sign back in if permissions were just changed.
  6. Try another browser if the screen still looks stale.

Team permission issues​

If you are a team member, access can differ by area. For example, you may be able to view pages but not publish them, or view sites but not edit them.

Ask the workspace owner to review your member access in Team members.

If a plan or payment was just updated, wait a few minutes for billing sync, then refresh Atomicat. If access still does not update, contact support with your account email and payment confirmation.

Your plan, add-on, team role, or workspace setup may have changed. Check billing and ask the workspace owner to review your permissions.

Why can another teammate access it?

They may be the owner, have broader permissions, or be in a different workspace.
