Funnel issues
Use this guide when a funnel step is missing, conversions look wrong, or users are not moving through the expected path.
Funnel setup checklist
- Confirm every funnel step uses a published page.
- Verify the step order.
- Test the live funnel from the first step to the final step.
- Confirm buttons or links send visitors to the next intended page.
- Make sure the pages are still active and published.
- Check whether a teammate changed a page address or unpublished a step.
Conversion data looks wrong
Funnel analytics depend on live visitor behavior and selected time range.
Check:
- Date range.
- Step order.
- Whether enough traffic reached the funnel.
- Whether visitors are entering from the first step or a later step.
- Whether page links skip steps.
A step is missing
A funnel step may not appear if the page is not published, was moved, was deleted, or no longer matches the expected setup.
Open the funnel, review each step, and replace missing pages with current published pages.
Best practices
- Use clear page names for each step.
- Keep a simple funnel map outside Atomicat for campaign launches.
- Test after every publish.
- Avoid changing page addresses during active campaigns unless you also update links and ads.

Frequently asked questions
Why are conversions lower than page visits?
Visitors may leave before the next step, enter the funnel from the middle, reload pages, or visit outside the selected date range.
Can unpublished pages be funnel steps?
Use published pages for live funnels. Unpublished pages are not reliable for live visitor journeys.
