Builder save issues
Use this guide when Page Builder changes do not save, disappear, or do not appear in preview or on the published page.
First checks
- Confirm your internet connection is stable.
- Wait for the save action to complete before leaving the page.
- Refresh the builder only after you see a save confirmation.
- Make sure you still have permission to edit the page.
- Avoid editing the same page in multiple browser tabs.
- Ask teammates whether someone else is editing the same page.
Changes saved but preview looks old
Preview can show stale content if the browser has cached an earlier version or if the page was not refreshed after saving.
Try this:
- Save the page again.
- Refresh preview.
- Open preview in a private browser window.
- Publish again if the issue is only on the live page.
Changes saved but live page looks old
Saving and publishing are separate steps. If the builder reflects your changes but the public page does not, publish the page again and clear browser cache before testing.

Browser conflicts
Some browser extensions can interfere with editing, uploads, or drag-and-drop actions.
Try:
- Private browsing mode.
- Another browser.
- Temporarily disabling ad blockers or script blockers.
- Testing on a stronger network.

Send support:
- Page name.
- What changed.
- Whether the issue is in builder, preview, or live page.
- Time of the last save attempt.
- Browser and device.
- Screenshot or screen recording.
