Leads, forms, and webhooks overview
Leads are the people who interact with your published pages—especially forms and quizzes. Atomicat records what they submitted, where they came from, and what happened next (for example integrations or webhooks).
This area of the product is split so you can work the way you think: forms versus quizzes, then exports, Google Sheets, and webhooks when you need automation.
Where things live
| Topic | What it is for |
|---|---|
| Form leads | Every form on your sites, then the submissions for the forms you care about. |
| Quiz leads | Each quiz, plus insights, summary, and per-response tables. |
| Search and filters | Narrowing lists by text, status, dates, and devices (where the UI offers them). |
| Lead details | A single submission, edits, action log, and context (page, referrer, and similar). |
| Form webhooks | Delivery history and retry tools for form webhook destinations. |
| Quiz webhooks | The same for quiz webhook traffic. |
| Webhook keys | Generate or rotate keys used to verify webhook deliveries. |
| Google Sheets | Connect a Google account so form settings can append rows to a spreadsheet. |
| Exports | Background CSV jobs and downloads for form and quiz data. |
Typical workflows
- Collect — Add a form or quiz on a page, configure actions in the builder, then publish the page.
- Review — Open Form leads or Quiz leads and use search and filters to find a submission.
- Act — Open lead details to correct fields, read the action log, or jump back to the page in the builder.
- Automate — Point webhooks at your stack, attach Google Sheets from form settings, or schedule exports.

Frequently asked questions
Do leads work before I publish?
Visitors only create leads on live, published experiences. Draft pages do not receive production submissions in the same way.
Are form leads and quiz leads the same list?
No. Forms and quizzes use different entry points in the app so columns, filters, and exports stay relevant to the source.
Where do I configure a webhook URL?
Form URLs are set in the form element on the page in the builder. Quiz URLs are under quiz settings. The webhook management screens under Leads focus on delivery, history, and keys, not on editing the URL itself.
