Form leads
Use Form leads to see which forms exist on your pages, then open the submissions for one or more forms, filter by lead state, search text, export when you need a file, and jump to the page in the builder to change the form itself.
Open the form list
Go to the Form leads screen from your workspace navigation (the exact label matches the product sidebar). You land on a table of forms with:
- Form name
- Live URL (opens in a new browser tab when present)
- Page name
- Edit page (opens the page in the Page Builder)
- Publication timestamp when the page has been published
A search field filters the list as you type by form name, page name, domain, slug, or full URL string.
When a project is selected in the workspace, the list is limited to forms that belong to pages in that project.
Open submissions for a form
Click a form name. The app opens the submissions view for that form. From there you can:
- Use the multi-select control to include additional forms in the same table (useful when one campaign spans several pages).
- Choose a lead type filter: All, Submitted, Abandoned, Contactable, or Non contactable.
- Enter search text and press Search to refresh the table against the server.
- Move through pages of results (the page size is larger here than on the legacy combined leads list so you see more rows per page).
The header shows totals and a breakdown of abandoned versus submitted counts where the API provides them.
Row content
Each row shows a primary value (commonly email when present, otherwise the form’s main field or first field), tags for abandoned or contactable, the form name, a link to edit the page, the created date, and an actions menu (View or Delete).
Click the primary value or choose View to open lead details without leaving the submissions screen.
Header shortcuts
From the submissions view (and from the form list where applicable):
- My exports — Opens the shared Exports screen.
- Webhooks — Opens Form webhooks.
- Google Sheets — Appears for administrator accounts on the form list and opens Google Sheets management.
Use the back control to return from submissions to the form list; that also clears the current form selection.
Export CSV
When at least one row is visible, use Export filtered to CSV or Export all to CSV depending on whether your current search narrowed the set. You are prompted for a file name; the job runs in the background and completed files appear under Exports.
Exports require an active paid plan on the account. If the plan check fails, the product shows the standard subscription message instead of queueing the job.
Configure the form itself
To change fields, validation, or after-submit actions (email, webhooks, sheets), edit the form on the page in the builder. See Forms (elements).

Frequently asked questions
Why do I not see a form?
Forms only appear when the page is in your collection and the page includes a form element. Confirm the page is under the same project filter you expect.
Can I merge two forms into one list?
Yes. In the submissions view, add another form in the multi-select so both form IDs are sent to the server together.
