Use this guide when a quiz path does not work, results look wrong, or quiz leads are missing.

Quiz flow checklist​

  1. Test every question path.
  2. Confirm each question has the expected answers.
  3. Confirm each answer leads to the right next step or result.
  4. Check required lead fields.
  5. Publish after editing.
  6. Test the live quiz, not only preview.

Results look wrong​

If visitors reach the wrong result:

  • Review answer logic.
  • Check skipped questions.
  • Test one path at a time.
  • Confirm result pages or final CTAs are still active.
  • Republish after changes.

Quiz leads are missing​

Check:

  • Lead capture step is included in the quiz flow.
  • Required fields were completed during testing.
  • You are looking in the quiz leads area, not only form leads.
  • Date filters are not hiding the lead.
  • The live quiz was used for the test.
