Subscription status
Use Subscription to understand what plan or add-on is active for your workspace.
What you may see​
Depending on your account, Atomicat can show:
- Plan name.
- Subscription start date.
- Renewal date.
- Lifetime access notice.
- Add-on subscription details.
Some products, such as AtomicPlayer or AtomicFilter, may show subscription details separately from your main Atomicat plan.
Renewal date​
The renewal date is the next scheduled billing date for recurring plans. If your plan is lifetime access, Atomicat may show a lifetime notice instead of a renewal date.
If status looks wrong​
If you completed checkout but the subscription does not look active:
- Refresh Atomicat.
- Sign out and back in.
- Wait a few minutes for billing sync.
- Contact support with your account email and proof of payment if the issue persists.

Why does an add-on show inactive when my main plan is active?
Some add-ons have separate subscription status. Activate or manage that add-on separately if the product requires it.
What happens if renewal fails?
Access may be limited until billing is resolved. Update your payment method and contact support if the plan does not recover automatically.
