Funnel analytics

Funnel analytics is the reporting view for a single funnel. Open it from the funnel list (Analytics on a row) or from the funnel editor (Analytics in the header).

You land on a screen titled with the funnel name, with controls for going back, exporting, resetting filters, choosing a time period, and running a search when you use custom dates.

What loads on the screen

After you open analytics (and when you change certain filters), the product loads funnel metrics for your steps and lead-related totals used in the summary tiles.

Typical content includes:

  • Summary tiles — at minimum, Form submission and Quiz submission totals with links into the Leads area for deeper review. Additional revenue-style tiles may appear when your data and plan support them.
  • Conversion overview — a card per step in funnel order, with visitor counts, conversion rate, bounce rate, optional form or quiz rows, and a quick open page action.

If no pages resolve for the funnel, you may see a no pages found style message until the funnel is configured correctly.

Working with the numbers

  • Use Conversion overview to see where traffic drops between steps.
  • Use Form submission / Quiz submission tiles to jump to Leads when you need row-level detail.
  • Use Export when you need a CSV for stakeholders (see Export and reset).

Frequently asked questions

Why are all metrics zero?

You may be outside the selected date range, traffic has not hit the published URLs yet, or data processing may be delayed. Widen the range, confirm pages are published, and send a test visit through the full funnel path.

Do numbers update live?

The view refreshes when you open it, when you change certain preset periods, and when you click Search (especially for custom ranges). It is not a live streaming dashboard.
