Analytics troubleshooting
Use this guide when analytics look missing, delayed, duplicated, or different from another platform.
First checks
- Test the live page, not only preview.
- Confirm the page or funnel is published.
- Check the selected date range.
- Wait for data to process.
- Confirm tracking is not duplicated.
- Test with browser extensions disabled.
Numbers do not match ad platforms
This is common. Atomicat and ad platforms can count differently because of attribution windows, browser privacy rules, blocked scripts, duplicate visits, bot filtering, and delayed processing.
Use Atomicat analytics to understand on-site behavior. Use ad platforms to understand campaign delivery and attribution.
Funnel data looks wrong
Check whether:
- Visitors enter from the first step or a later step.
- Buttons point to the expected next step.
- Each step is published.
- Pages were changed after the funnel was created.
- The selected date range includes enough traffic.
Pixel data looks duplicated
Duplicate tracking usually means the same pixel or event is installed in more than one place. Review page settings, custom code, and external tools.
