Visitors

The Visitors tab is the microscope of Analytics. While other tabs aggregate, this one shows individual visitors, sessions, and events — useful for debugging and for understanding real journeys.

What you see​

  • Visitors — each unique visitor with their device, location, source, and visit count.
  • Sessions — a visitor's separate visits (a new session starts after 30 minutes of inactivity).
  • Events — everything inside a session in order: page views, clicks, form submissions, and custom events.
  • Exports — download the data for spreadsheets or your own analysis.

Typical uses​

  • Verify tracking: visit your page, then find your own session and confirm the events arrived.
  • Debug a funnel drop: open sessions that stopped at a step and see the last thing they did.
  • Confirm a conversion: find the session and check the exact event that counted.
  • Understand power users: look at journeys of visitors with many sessions.

Frequently asked questions​

Can I identify who a visitor is?

Visitors are anonymous IDs. If the visitor submitted a form, the lead data lives in the Leads area of the platform; Analytics keeps behavioral data separate.

Why does one person show as two visitors?

Different browsers, devices, or cleared cookies create new visitor IDs. This is standard behavior for web analytics.
