Export and reset funnel analytics

At the top of Funnel analytics, next to the date controls, you can download a spreadsheet-friendly report or reset filters back to the usual default period.

Export CSV

  1. Open Funnel analytics for the funnel you care about.
  2. If you changed dates or switched to a custom range, click Search so the on-screen numbers match what you want in the file.
  3. Click the download icon.

Your browser saves a file named like funnel-metrics-{your funnel name}-{today’s date}.csv. Open it in Excel, Google Sheets, or any CSV tool.

What is in the file

Each row is one step (one page in the funnel). Typical columns are:

  • Step name — the page name shown in analytics
  • Total visitors
  • Unique visitors
  • Conversion rate (with a percent sign)
  • Bounce rate (with a percent sign)

The export always matches what you last loaded into the analytics screen. If the table looks empty or outdated, run Search again before exporting.

Reset filters

Reset clears any custom start and end dates, switches the period back to the default (Monthly in the product), and reloads the analytics view so charts and numbers refresh for that default window.

If you are already on the default period with no custom dates, Reset is dimmed or disabled so you do not trigger an unnecessary reload.

Frequently asked questions

Does export include revenue or sales breakdown?

The CSV export is built around step traffic and rates (visitors, conversion, bounce). Other summary tiles on the screen may show different kinds of data; only what is included in the export columns above will appear in the file.

Will reset delete my funnel or my pages?

No. Reset only changes how the analytics screen filters time. It does not change your funnel layout or your pages.
