Funnel analytics date filters

The Funnel analytics header includes a time period control. It changes which visits are counted for the funnel steps, summary tiles, and exports.

Preset periods

You can choose:

  • Weekly
  • Monthly (this is the default when you first open analytics)
  • Yearly
  • Custom

When you pick Weekly, Monthly, or Yearly, the product usually refreshes the report automatically for that choice.

Custom range

  1. Select Custom in the period dropdown.
  2. Choose a start date and an end date (the end date cannot be before the start date).
  3. Click Search to load metrics for that window.

Custom ranges only update after Search so you are not interrupted while picking dates.

Tips

  • Align the range with how you report in ads or CRM (for example the same calendar week).
  • After changing dates, wait for loading to finish before exporting CSV so the file matches the screen.

Frequently asked questions

Why did nothing change when I picked Custom?

Pick both dates, then click Search. The screen does not assume a custom range is final until you apply it.

Which timezone is used?

Date pickers follow your browser’s local calendar day. When you compare numbers to another system, confirm both sides use the same timezone convention.
