Manage videos

My videos is the library index for AtomicPlayer. From here you upload, authorize embedding, search, and open each file’s settings or metrics.

Open the library​

Use the sidebar entry for Videos / My videos (exact label follows your locale). The list shows thumbnail, title, and duration when the platform returns them.

The search box filters by name as you type (case-insensitive match on the visible title).

Header actions​

  • Authorize domain — Opens the flow described in Authorize a domain so your pull zone or library accepts new sites.
  • New video — Starts Upload a video.

Row actions (options menu)​

For each video you can:

  • Analytics — Opens the metrics tab for that video.
  • Settings — Opens the correct settings view for that video.
  • Assign to project — Tags the asset for project-scoped workflows elsewhere in the workspace.
  • Delete — Removes the item (confirm destructive actions carefully).

Clicking the thumbnail also navigates to settings.

Cloudflare note​

Some videos may show a reupload hint when the product expects a migration or replacement upload. Follow the in-product banner or support guidance for your workspace.

Frequently asked questions​

Why do two videos open different settings layouts?

Different videos can have different available settings depending on how they are hosted. Always open settings from My videos so AtomicPlayer opens the right view automatically.
