Manage funnels

The Funnels screen (labeled AtomicFunnel in the product) lists the funnels you can work with. When a project is selected in the app, the list is limited to funnels that belong to that project.

Search and sort

  • Use the search field to filter funnels by name (partial matches, not case sensitive).
  • Newer funnels appear higher in the list by default.

Row actions

ActionWhat it does
Open funnelOpens the visual funnel editor for that funnel so you can view or change how pages connect.
AnalyticsOpens funnel analytics for the same funnel.
RenameClick the name to edit inline; click away or confirm to save when your organization supports inline rename.
Assign to projectOpens the project picker so the funnel is grouped with the right workspace.
DeleteAsks for confirmation, then removes the funnel and clears funnel-specific links from affected pages on the server side. Pages themselves are not deleted—only the funnel record and its associations.

Always open funnels from this list (or from links inside the app) so the editor opens with the correct site context. If the site context does not match the funnel, the app may return you to the list.

Duplicate page warning

If the same page is referenced by more than one funnel, a warning banner appears at the top of the list. It lists the affected URLs and which funnels use them.

Why it matters: shared pages make attribution and step metrics ambiguous.

What to do: keep each page in only one funnel, then save each affected funnel again so tracking stays consistent.

Frequently asked questions

Does deleting a funnel delete my landing pages?

No. Delete removes the funnel and its wiring. Your Pages library is unchanged.

I renamed a funnel and nothing happened

Make sure the new name is not empty and actually different from the old one; unchanged or blank edits are discarded.
