Transfer a Page

Page transfer lets you send a copy of a page to another user or generate a share link.

Use it when collaborating with teammates, clients, partners, or another Atomicat account.

Transfer options​

Atomicat can support:

Send to a friendYou have an active friend connection and want to send the page directly.
Generate share linkYou want a shareable link that another user can open.

Available options can depend on account access, feature access, subscription, and page type.

Send a page to a friend​

  1. Open the page list.
  2. Find the page.
  3. Open the actions menu.
  4. Select the page transfer or share action.
  5. Choose Friend.
  6. Search for the friend's username.
  7. Select the recipient.
  8. Choose whether to erase private data.
  9. Confirm the transfer.

Atomicat sends a copy of the page to the selected friend.

  1. Open the page transfer modal.
  2. Choose the share link option.
  3. Choose whether to erase private data.
  4. Set an expiration time if needed and available.
  5. Generate the link.
  6. Copy the link.

Share links are useful when a direct friend transfer is not the right workflow.

Erase private data​

The transfer flow can include an option to erase private data.

Use this when sharing pages outside your own account so you do not accidentally send:

  • Private tracking configuration
  • Account-specific scripts
  • Sensitive campaign data
  • Private workspace settings
  • Offer or integration data that should not be copied

Some share links can include an expiration time.

Use expiration when sharing with clients, partners, or temporary collaborators.

Best practices​

  • Review the page before sharing it.
  • Keep erase private data enabled unless you intentionally need to preserve settings.
  • Use expiration for temporary links.
  • Share only pages you are allowed to distribute.
  • Ask the recipient to review forms, tracking, products, and publishing settings after import.

Frequently asked questions​

Does transfer move the original page?

No. Transfer sends or shares a copy. Your original page remains in your account.

Why can I not find a friend?

The friend must be connected or available in your friend list.

Can shared pages include private tracking?

They can if private data is not erased. Use the erase private data option when sharing outside your own account.

Can I set a share link expiration?

Some transfer flows support expiration. The selected expiration must be in the future.
