Search and Filter Pages
Search and filters help you find the correct page quickly, especially when your account has many campaigns, projects, domains, products, and variants.
What search can match
The page search can match information such as:
- Page name
- Slug
- Custom domain
- Atomicat domain
Use search when you know part of the page name, URL, campaign slug, or domain.
Common filters
Atomicat page lists can include filters for:
| Filter | Use it to find |
|---|---|
| Tags | Pages marked as presell, sales, signup, downsell, backredirect, thank-you, or custom tags. |
| Product | Pages associated with a specific product or offer. |
| Status | Published or unpublished pages. |
| Domain | Pages connected to a selected domain or site. |
| Project | Pages assigned to the selected project. |
| Deleted | Deleted pages that may be restorable when backup access is available. |
Filter by publication status
Use status filters to separate:
- Published pages
- Not published pages
- Deleted pages when available
Published pages have publishing data such as domain, slug, and published date. Unpublished pages can still be edited and prepared for launch.
Filter by site or domain
When you open pages from a site context, Atomicat can focus on pages related to that site, its custom domain, its Atomicat domain, and synced domains.
This helps prevent mistakes when one account contains multiple sites or domains.
Filter by tags and products
Tags and products make page lists easier to organize.
For example:
- Use
presellto find presell pages. - Use
salesto find sales pages. - Use
signupto find lead capture pages. - Use a product filter to find pages tied to one offer.
Working with variants and synced pages
Atomicat separates main pages from variant and synced page relationships so the list remains usable.
Variant pages may appear under their parent page. Synced pages may be connected to the main page and related publishing paths.
Best practices
- Use consistent naming for campaigns and funnel steps.
- Add tags when creating or organizing pages.
- Assign pages to projects before filtering by project.
- Use product filters for offer-specific campaign cleanup.
- Check the selected site or domain before bulk actions.
- Clear filters if expected pages are missing.
Frequently asked questions
Why can I not find a page?
Check search text, selected project, status filter, tag filter, product filter, and site/domain context.
Why are published pages hidden from a general view?
Some views focus on unpublished or project-relevant pages unless you are viewing a specific site context.
Can I filter by deleted pages?
Deleted page filtering depends on backup access and account configuration.
Can tags and product filters be used together?
Yes. Combining filters narrows the page list to pages matching the selected criteria.
