Delete and Restore Pages
Deleting removes a page from the active page list.
Because pages can be connected to live URLs, ads, forms, products, tags, variants, and analytics, deletion should be handled carefully.
Before deleting a page
Check whether the page is used in:
- Active ads
- Email campaigns
- Funnel steps
- Product flows
- Thank-you page redirects
- Team links
- Support instructions
- Tracking or analytics reports
If the page is live, unpublish it before deleting.
Delete a page
- Open the page list.
- Find the page.
- Confirm the page is not published.
- Open the actions menu.
- Select Delete.
- Confirm the deletion.
Atomicat can block deletion when a selected page is still published. This protects live campaigns from being accidentally removed.
Delete pages in bulk
You can select multiple pages and use the bulk delete action.
Before bulk deletion, confirm:
- No selected page is published.
- No selected page is part of an active campaign.
- The selected pages are not needed for reporting or reference.
- You are not deleting variants or synced pages unintentionally.
If any selected page is published, Atomicat may require you to unpublish it first.
Restore a deleted page
Accounts with backup or restore access can view deleted pages and restore them.
- Open the deleted pages view or filter.
- Find the deleted page.
- Select the restore action.
- Confirm the restore.
- Review the restored page before using it again.
After restore, check whether the page still needs to be published, renamed, assigned to a project, or updated.
What restore does not guarantee
Restoring a page brings the page back, but you should still verify:
- Publishing status
- Domain and slug
- Forms
- Product settings
- Tags
- Tracking scripts
- External links
- Variant relationships
Best practices
- Unpublish before deleting.
- Rename or archive old campaign pages before deleting if you may need reporting history.
- Use restore only after checking why the page was deleted.
- Do not delete active funnel steps without confirming the full journey.
- Be careful with bulk deletion in large accounts.
Frequently asked questions
