Trust badges

Trust badges are short plain-text statements—think guarantees, shipping thresholds, or security notes—that appear with the full product layout on the Product block.

They are not the same as tier badges (for example Most Popular on a specific pack size). Tier badges live inside Quantity tiers.

When you can edit them​

The Trust badges section only appears when Show full product is enabled in the product editor. Selector-only merchandising hides the section on purpose so minimalist layouts stay clean.

Authoring workflow​

  1. Expand Trust badges in the editor.
  2. Each row is a single string—use concise language shoppers can skim in one line.
  3. Remove a row with the inline âś• control.
  4. Use + Add trust badge to append another empty row.

Default catalog templates ship with sample strings (for example a 30-day guarantee). Replace them with legally reviewed copy for your brand.

Where they appear​

  • Preview — Shown near the product merchandising column when Show full product is true.
  • Published pages — Shown next to product imagery and descriptive copy.

Can I upload badge icons?

The catalog editor stores text only. Use simple wording, or place true image badges inside your page design outside the product settings.

Do trust badges support links?

Keep them textual. Put legal disclaimers or policy URLs in your footer or checkout flow where compliance teams expect them.
