Subscribe and Save

Subscribe & Save is an optional simple-product mode that layers recurring merchandising on top of your quantity tiers. Shoppers still pick a pack size, but they can choose a subscription purchase type with its own checkout link and discount story.

Enable the mode

In the Subscription options section, turn on Enable Subscribe & Save.

When active, the editor shows:

  • A short hint pointing you to Quantity tiers for per-tier subscription discount % fields.
  • A Benefits list — free-text lines such as “Free shipping on renewals” that appear in Preview and on the live Product block.

Add or remove benefit rows with + Add benefit and the row âś• buttons.

How tiers interact

With tiers enabled, each tier row gains:

  • Sub. discount % — Percent off the pack total for subscribers (the UI may show a quick calculated price).
  • Subscription URL — When per-tier checkout links are enabled, this is where you paste the recurring checkout link for that pack size.

Compare-at inputs on tiers hide while Subscribe & Save is on so you do not mix anchor pricing with subscription math.

Checkout URLs

ConfigurationWhat to fill
Use same link for all tiers (checked)Only the global Button URL in the CTA section is required for both modes (unless your payment platform issues separate links anyway).
Use same link for all tiers (unchecked)Each tier needs a one-time purchase URL; when subscriptions are enabled, add the subscription URL column too.

Always use HTTPS links your payment provider gives you.

Bundles

Bundle products do not show the subscription panel in the current editor. Run subscriptions on the simple child products or keep subscription merchandising on a tiered simple parent.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a global subscription discount slider?

Day-to-day authoring relies on per-tier Sub. discount % when quantity tiers are enabled. Any legacy global percentage slot should be treated as unused unless support confirms otherwise for your workspace.

Do benefits support rich formatting?

Enter plain text lines. Rich formatting should live in your checkout experience or landing page copy outside the product settings.
