MIA project chats

Project chats are MIA conversations tied to one Atomicat project. They can use project name, project notes, and available performance context so answers stay grounded in that workspace slice.

When to use them

  • You maintain several brands or funnels under different Atomicat projects and want transcripts separated per project.
  • You pasted a brief, URLs, or KPI targets into the project record and want MIA to reuse that narrative every session.
  • You need analytics phrasing (“How is this project performing?”) without mixing other projects’ numbers.

Creating and opening

  1. Open MIA and pick a project from the sidebar list (or the overflow list if you have more than five).
  2. Click New chat while that project is active, or pick an existing row whose subtitle shows the project name.
  3. MIA opens a project-focused conversation for that workspace.

Use general chats for questions that are not tied to one project.

What MIA uses

MIA only uses project context when you are working inside that project’s conversation. This helps avoid mixing one brand, funnel, or offer with another.

Project context may include:

  • Project name and notes.
  • Relevant pages, funnels, or workspace structure.
  • Performance context when available in your plan and account.

Project management access

Atomicat projects can be plan-gated. If you cannot create or manage projects, update your subscription or ask a workspace owner to check your role before relying on project chats.

Operational tips

  • Keep project notes short and factual (offer, geo, tone, compliance notes). MIA uses those details to guide answers.
  • Rename chats after the first success (“Q4 funnel – baseline”) so teammates recognize threads in Search chats.

Frequently asked questions

Can one chat move between projects?

Not directly from the chat UI. Create a new chat under the other project and copy the relevant prompt or summary.

Do project chats share credits with builder AI?

Billing surfaces differ (chat tools vs. builder AI). Expect separate meters in product copy; watch the in-app messages for insufficient credits in each surface.

Why does a project answer not include numbers?

Some project insights depend on available tracking, permissions, and plan access. If no supported data is available, MIA can still help with strategy and content, but it may not include numeric analysis.
