MIA limits and access

Atomicat applies plan, renewal, credit, and permission checks so AI features stay predictable for teams.

MIA chat access

MIA chat may require an active paid plan. If your plan is free, expired, churned, or not fully synced after checkout, Atomicat can block new AI conversations and show an upgrade message.

If you recently upgraded, refresh the app after payment completes. If MIA still shows an access warning, ask support to confirm that your workspace plan is active.

Project chats

Project chats depend on project-management access as well as MIA access. If you cannot create or manage projects, ask a workspace owner to review your plan and role.

Builder AI and credits

AI image generation can use plan credits and purchased credits. When balance is too low, Atomicat shows an in-app message explaining that more credits or a plan change may be required.

Plan-specific access

Some advanced AI features may require annual or higher-tier plans. The message shown in the app is the source of truth for your account because plan packaging can change over time.

File uploads

If your version of MIA shows a file upload control, follow the file-size and file-type guidance in the interface. If upload is unavailable, use text prompts, summaries, or page links instead.

Safe usage

Do not paste passwords, API keys, live payment data, private customer records, or regulated personal information into MIA prompts. Keep final responsibility for compliance, claims, creative approvals, and tracking setup with your team.

Frequently asked questions

I am “paid” in Stripe but MIA still says free.

Wait for billing sync, refresh the app, or contact support to reconcile the subscription shown in Atomicat with your payment status.

Do AtomicMCP and MIA share one quota?

Not necessarily. AtomicMCP and MIA can have different limits because they serve different AI workflows. Track the messages shown in each product area separately.

Where can I buy more image credits?

Use the upgrade / credits entry points shown when balance is low, or open Manage plans from the sidebar.
