Media elements

The Media group collects visual, audio, and data-visualization components. A few items (such as Alert or Timer style blocks) behave like rich content even though they are edited similarly to text in places.

Frequently asked questions

Where do I set autoplay for video?

Use the video element’s controls in the edit drawer. Respect browser autoplay policies; muted autoplay is more likely to succeed. For AtomicPlayer-hosted files, Magic Autoplay, Smart Progress, and related options are configured in [AtomicPlayer](/atomic-player/overview) on the Videos settings screen, then save and republish (or refresh embed code off-platform).

Slider versus Tab?

Slider advances through a sequence of slides. Tab keeps all panels in one place with headers. Choose based on whether users should see one panel at a time with explicit tabs or a carousel pattern.
