The product is pending

After you submit, the screen says:

  • Product submitted successfully!
  • The product has been submitted for approval.
  • It will be manually reviewed by our team and the result of the analysis will be sent to the registered email.
  • The approval process may take up to 12 hours.

That 12-hour line is for the product. It is not a timer on the business.

While it is pending, the status is Pending approval. In Portuguese that status is Pendente de aprovação. Buyers cannot purchase the product until the review finishes. The result arrives at the email on the business.

No. Wait for the email. Send support the product name and the email on the business if the review passes 12 hours.
