Ask support for these
You can turn two-factor authentication on and off yourself in Settings → Security. Do not open a ticket only to disable it.
These are the changes the screen does not offer:
| You need | Where it stops | What to send |
|---|---|---|
| A different account email | Settings does not let you edit the account email. | The current email, the new email, and a note that you can receive mail at both. |
| A domain released from a site | Unlink can fail, or the hostname can still be reserved. | The hostname, the site name, and the code if one appeared. See Error codes. |
| A hosting migration | There is no migration button. | The site name and what you are moving. |
| AtomicFilter on an account that is not on the supported setup | The AtomicFilter page tells you to contact support. | A screenshot of that page and the account email. |
AtomicMCP cannot do these either. See AtomicMCP overview.
Frequently asked questions
Can support turn off my two-factor authentication?
You turn it off in Settings, Security. Use the recovery steps on that screen before you write to support.
