Team members
Use Team Members to invite teammates and control what they can access in your Atomicat workspace.
Team member list
The members list shows each invited person with details such as:
- Email address.
- Status.
- Acceptance date when available.
- Actions for editing access.
A member may remain pending until they accept the invitation.
Invite a member
- Open Members.
- Click Invite.
- Enter the teammate’s email address.
- Choose the access they need.
- Send the invitation.
Atomicat prevents duplicate member invites for the same email.
Permission areas
Atomicat lets you grant access by product area. The current member invitation flow focuses on areas such as:
- Sites — View, edit, update, or delete site-related assets when allowed.
- Pages — View, edit, update, delete, publish, unpublish, or share pages when allowed.
You can also apply access broadly or limit it to specific site-related work where the interface supports that.
Edit member access
Use the member action menu to edit an existing member. The email is kept as the member identity, while permissions can be adjusted as responsibilities change.
Best practices
- Give each teammate only the access they need.
- Review permissions before launch periods.
- Remove or reduce access when a role changes.
- Avoid shared logins.
- Keep billing access limited to trusted owners or managers.

Frequently asked questions
Why is a teammate still pending?
They have not completed the invitation acceptance flow yet, or they may be signed in with a different Atomicat account.
Can I limit access to only pages?
Yes, use the available permission controls to grant page access without giving broader workspace access where possible.
